Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Carolina's PicklePop(“we”, “us”). They govern your use of this booking site and any court time, open-play seat or tournament entry you book through it. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
  • You need an account with a valid Philippine mobile number to book. The mobile number lets us reach you about your booking.
  • Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Bookings

  • You can book a whole court by the hour, buy a seat in a club-run open-play session, or register for a tournament, subject to availability.
  • Selecting a slot places a short hold so you can pay. A hold is not a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and confirmed by our staff (or by a verified online payment). Reaching a success screen is not, by itself, confirmation.
  • The club may set rules for play — including footwear (non-marking shoes), a grace period before a no-show is recorded, and conduct on court.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are shown before you commit.
  • Manual (offline) payment is the main way to pay. You reserve a slot, then pay the club directly by GCash, Maya or bank using the reference shown on your reservation. You may attach a payment screenshot to help the cashier, but a screenshot is a notification only — staff confirm your booking after checking the club’s own account.
  • Where online payment is enabled, it is processed by Xendit on its secure page. We never see or store your card or e-wallet details.
  • You are responsible for paying the correct amount using the correct reference. A booking that is not paid within its hold window is released.

4. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:

Confirmed bookings are final. We do not give refunds. If you cannot make it, you may choose not to use the slot, but the payment is not returned.
  • If you do not arrive within the club’s grace period, your booking may be recorded as a no-show.
  • The club may cancel or reschedule a booking for maintenance, weather, safety or events outside its control, and will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative at its discretion.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or to book on someone else’s behalf without their consent;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts, or its systems;
  • scrape, copy, or resell availability, pricing, or other content;
  • impersonate another person or provide false booking information.

6. The Customer Corner and your content

  • The Customer Corner is a members-only space. If you post text, photos or comments, you are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
  • You grant us permission to display your posts within the Corner for members. We may hide or remove content and may suspend posting privileges — see our Community Guidelines.

7. Our content

The site’s design, text, and branding belong to Carolina's PicklePop and its provider. You may use the site to make bookings, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content without permission.

8. Play at your own risk

Pickleball is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for playing within your ability and for any equipment you bring. The site and the booking service are provided on an “as is” basis; we do not guarantee that availability, prices, or the site will always be accurate or uninterrupted.

9. Our responsibility to you

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total responsibility for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot be waived under law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the club’s operations change. The current version always appears on this page with its “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the club operates.
