Booking & payment

How do I book?

Sign in (you’ll need a Philippine mobile number), open the Book page, pick a court and time, then pay to confirm. You can also grab a seat in Open play or register for a tournament.

How do I pay?

Payment is usually manual: reserve your slot, then pay the club directly by GCash, Maya, or bank using the reference shown on your reservation. You can attach a payment screenshot to help, but a screenshot is only a heads-up — staff confirm your booking after checking the club’s own account. Online card / e-wallet payment (Xendit) may also be available at checkout.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a free account with a Philippine mobile number. Signing up takes a minute.

How long can I book a court?

Courts are booked by the hour: 30-minute slots, a one-hour minimum, up to four hours.

Can I book a whole court for my barkada?

Yes — book a whole court by the hour on the Book page.

Cancellations & refunds

Confirmed bookings are final. Carolina's PicklePopdoes not give refunds. If you can’t make it, you forfeit the slot — there’s no refund or transfer.

If you don’t arrive within the club’s grace period, your booking may be recorded as a no-show. Full details are on the Cancellation & Refund page.

Courts & play

Are the courts covered?

Yes — all 3 courts are covered (roofed), so play happens rain or shine.

Is there parking?

Yes, there’s free parking at the club.

What is open play?

A club-run session with a set number of seats sold per person, tagged by skill level. Grab a seat on the Open play page.

I’m a beginner — can I play?

Everyone’s welcome. Open play sessions are tagged by skill level, beginners included.

Do you rent paddles or equipment?

The booking site handles court time only. For paddle or equipment rental, please ask the club directly.
